When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Message

We also temporarily read your IP address solely to pre-fill country and language fields in the form. We do not store or log the IP.

Newsletter Signup

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.

How We Use Your Information

• Responding to inquiries. We use contact-form submissions to answer your questions and follow up on project requests.
• Newsletter delivery. We send periodic emails about Syncode news, services, and events. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics & improvements. We use Google Analytics (and may add Hotjar in the future) to understand site usage and improve the user experience. All data are aggregated and anonymized.

Data Storage & Retention

• Contact inquiries are sent to and stored in our Google Workspace (Gmail) account.
• Newsletter addresses are stored in our email system (e.g. HubSpot or similar).
• We retain your contact-form and newsletter data indefinitely, unless you request deletion (see Section 7).

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

• Functional cookies enable basic site functionality (e.g., form pre-fill).
• Performance cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) help us analyze traffic and improve the site.

You currently do not deploy a cookie-consent banner. To disable cookies, please adjust your browser settings as described in your browser’s help documentation.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Service providers who help us operate the Website (e.g. Google for Analytics).
• If required by law or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
